These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Secondframe platform (the "Service" or "Product"), operated by Secondframe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Customers agree to:

Customers are solely responsible for: All hiring decisions, interpretation of evaluation results, and compliance with employment and labor laws.

When Customers submit candidate information through Secondframe platform:

We process personal data solely in accordance with Customer instructions and our Privacy Policy. Customers retain ownership of candidate data.

Customers are responsible for:

We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

A. Fees: Access to Secondframe platform requires payment of subscription fees as described on the pricing page or in a separate agreement. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.

B. Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

C. Cancellation: Customers may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

All software, methodologies, frameworks, evaluation models, and materials provided through Secondframe platform are the intellectual property of Secondframe.

Customers retain ownership of: Candidate-submitted materials and internal hiring notes.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary frameworks outside of the Service.

Secondframe platform provides structured evaluation tools only. Nothing in the Service constitutes: Legal advice, employment advice, or HR compliance advice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring hiring decisions comply with applicable employment laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding: Hiring success, candidate performance, business outcomes, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Secondframe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secondframe from claims arising out of: Hiring decisions, employment disputes, misuse of candidate data, or violation of applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access if: Fees are unpaid, Terms are violated, or the Service is used unlawfully.

Upon termination, access to the platform will cease. Data handling will follow the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
