When does platform billing start?
Billing for your platform subscription starts only after you make your first benchmark purchase or your free trial ends (whichever is later).
Do benchmark results expire?
Team benchmarks are valid for 12 months. After this, we recommend a refresh to account for team composition changes and level shifts.
Why 25 engineers per level?
25 engineers provides a statistically robust sample for a company benchmark. If you have more, we recommend staggered group evaluations.
What happens to unused assessment credits?
Credits expire after 6 months. We found this covers 95% of standard hiring search cycles from sourcing to hiring.
Can I use assessment credits across different levels?
Yes, assessment credits are level-agnostic. You can use them for any level once your team benchmark is established.
What is a level?
A level refers to your engineering ladder (e.g., L3, L4, Staff). You define the expectations that matter for your specific context.
